I’m Teri Rehkopf, creator of SeniorMarketingHub.com. I spent 18 years in IT and have been running my own web design business since 1999. Along the way, I also tried affiliate marketing—but I failed miserably. Everything changed when I finally found a platform that made it all click.

For years, I rode the wave of corporate life, immersed in IT. I discovered, though, that what truly made my heart sing was the challenge of entrepreneurship. I broke my arm in a bad fall, and for months, physical therapy was my new routine. It wasn’t just the physical pain—my ambitions sat idle, and my websites gathered dust. It was frustrating, to say the least.

The year prior was no walk in the park either; I had to say goodbye to my beloved horse, an emotional blow that felt like losing a family member. Just when I thought I was finding my footing, breast cancer knocked on my door in 2023. It was a battle that stretched my endurance and faith, but not my spirit. Through surgeries and recovery, I kept the goal in sight: to return stronger, more driven, and determined to make my projects thrive.

Those turbulent times are now a testament to resilience—a testament I carry into every new venture.

Before all this, my career in IT was a stable constant, filled with analyzing systems, solving complex problems, and innovating. Little did I know, these very skills were the blueprint for navigating entrepreneurship, especially in the chaos of life’s unpredictability.

For me, Wealthy Affiliate was more than a course; it was my lifeline to clarity and community. Twice a week, I immersed myself in classes that not only sharpened my skills but kept my mind active and focused. I also watched many training videos and followed the beginner training modules in WA.
